Each barrel features hand sandblasting only in the back of the barrel, using extremely fine particles to achieve a distinctly matte texture.
The barrel itself is a departure from Phil's previous generations with a different shape and natural finish giving it a sleek and modern design. The Generation 6 dart also features a new titanium shaft with improved grooves at the base of the shaft for extra grip.
