In this case, prior coordination of the delivery date with the provider or the delivery notification is not possible.

7.3 Use of Payment Service Providers

- Apple Pay

If you choose the "Apple Pay" payment method from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, payment processing is carried out via the "Apple Pay" function of your device running iOS, watchOS, or macOS by debiting a payment card stored in "Apple Pay." Apple Pay uses security features integrated into your device's hardware and software to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a code previously set by you and verify it using the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, along with information about your order, is transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment execution. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment is made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm successful payment.
If personal data is processed in the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase you made on your Mac via Safari, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and disable "Allow Payments on Mac."
Further information on data protection at Apple Pay can be found at the following internet address: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027

- Google Pay

If you choose the "Google Pay" payment method from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), payment processing is carried out via the "Google Pay" application on your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and having an NFC function, by debiting a payment card stored in Google Pay or a verified payment system there (e.g., PayPal). To authorize a payment via Google Pay exceeding €25, prior unlocking of your mobile device via the respective verification measure (e.g., facial recognition, password, fingerprint, or pattern) is required.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, along with information about your order, is transmitted to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a uniquely assigned transaction number to the originating website, with which a successful payment is verified. This transaction number does not contain any information about the actual payment data of your payment methods stored in Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a uniquely valid numerical token. In all transactions via Google Pay, Google merely acts as an intermediary for payment processing. The transaction is carried out exclusively between the user and the originating website by debiting the payment method stored in Google Pay.
If personal data is processed in the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store, and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time, and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description of the purchased goods or services provided by the merchant, photos you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction, and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper accounting, verification of transaction data, and the optimization and maintenance of the

Google Pay service.

Google also reserves the right to combine the processed transaction data with other information collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

In such cases, to safeguard our legitimate interest in assessing your creditworthiness, this data will be transmitted by us to the provider for the purpose of a credit check in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Based on the personal data you provide and other data (such as shopping cart, invoice amount, order history, payment experiences), the provider will check whether the payment option you have chosen can be granted with regard to payment and/or default risks.
The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other things, but not exclusively, is included in the calculation of the score values.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or to the provider. However, the provider may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractually compliant payment processing.

- Shopify Payments

This website offers one or more online payment methods from the following provider: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.

In this case, your data will be transmitted exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.

8) Online Marketing

Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer to help analyze how you use the website. In addition, Google AdSense also uses "web beacons" (small invisible graphics) to collect information, which can be used to record, collect, and evaluate simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there. This may also involve a transfer to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Google uses the information thus obtained to evaluate your usage behavior with regard to the AdSense advertisements. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense will not be merged with other Google data. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if required by law and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
All processing described above, in particular the reading of information on the end device used via cookies and/or web beacons, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, Google AdSense will not be used during your visit to the site.

9) Web Analytics Services

9.1 Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which allows an analysis of your use of our website.
By default, when you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, which are stored as small text modules on your device and collect certain information. This information also includes your IP address, which Google shortens by the last digits to exclude direct personal identifiability.
The information is transmitted to Google servers and processed there. Transfers to Google LLC based in the USA are also possible.
Google uses the collected information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us, and to provide other services related to website and internet use. The shortened IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The data collected as part of Google Analytics 4 will be stored for two months and then deleted.
All processing described above, in in particular the setting of cookies on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your given consent at any time with future effect. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service via the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4 can be found at https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/, https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Demographic characteristics
Google Analytics 4 uses the special function "demographic characteristics" and can use it to create statistics that provide information about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third-party providers. This allows target groups for marketing activities to be identified. However, the collected data cannot be assigned to a specific person and will be deleted after being stored for two months.
Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals can be used on this website to generate cross-device reports. If you have enabled personalized ads and linked your devices to your Google account, Google can, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, analyze your cross-device usage behavior and create database models, including for cross-device conversions. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you want to stop cross-device analysis, you can deactivate the "Personalized advertising" function in your Google account settings. Follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155764?hl=de
Further information on Google Signals can be found at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=de

As an extension to Google Analytics 4, the "UserIDs" function can be used on this website. If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, have created an account on this website, and log in to this account on different devices, your activities, including conversions, can be analyzed across devices.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

9.2 Google Tag Manager

This website uses the "Google Tag Manager", a service provided by the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: "Google").
Google Tag Manager provides a technical basis for bundling various web applications, including tracking and analysis services, and for calibrating, controlling, and linking them to conditions via a uniform user interface. Google Tag Manager itself does not store or read information on user devices. The service also does not perform any independent data analyses. However, when a page is accessed, your IP address is transmitted to Google by the Google Tag Manager and may be stored there. A transfer to servers of Google LLC. in the USA is also possible.
This processing will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, Google Tag Manager will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your given consent at any time with future effect. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

9.3 Shopify Analytics

This website uses the web analytics service of the following provider: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.
Data is also transferred to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada.
With the help of cookies and/or similar technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms for reading end-device and browser information), the service collects and stores pseudonymized visitor data, including information about the end device used, such as the IP address and browser information, to evaluate it for statistical analyses of user behavior on our website and to create pseudonymized usage profiles. Among other things, this allows for the evaluation of movement patterns (so-called heatmaps) which show the duration of page visits and interactions with page content (e.g., text input, scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs). Pseudonymization generally excludes direct personal identifiability. A merger with clear data about you collected in other ways does not take place.
All processing described above, in particular the reading or storing of information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which protects the data of our site visitors and prohibits disclosure to third parties.
In the case of data transfers to Canada, an adequate level of data protection is ensured by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

10) Retargeting/ Remarketing and Conversion Tracking

10.1 Meta Pixel

Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service from the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta").
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook and/or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter using "Meta Pixel". This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser by a cookie that our linked page itself sets after redirection.
This allows Meta to determine the visitors to our online offering as a target group for the display of ads (so-called "Ads"). Accordingly, we use the service to show our Facebook and/or Instagram ads only to users who have shown interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g., interests in certain topics or products, determined based on the visited websites), which we transmit to Meta (so-called "Custom Audiences").
On the other hand, the "Meta Pixel" can be used to track whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement and what actions they take there (so-called "Conversion Tracking").
The data collected is anonymous for us, meaning it does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, a transfer to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA may also occur.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

10.2 Google Ads Remarketing

This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
For this purpose, Google places a cookie in the browser of your end device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Further data processing only takes place if you have agreed with Google that your internet and app browsing history will be linked to your Google account and information from your Google account will be used to personalize ads you see on the web. If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website in this case, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target groups for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data to form target groups. In the context of using Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit to the site.
You can revoke your given consent at any time with future effect. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
Details on the processing initiated by Google and how Google handles data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Further information on Google's privacy policy can be found here: https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/ and https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

10.3 TikTok Pixel

This website uses the conversion tracking technology of the following provider: TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland.
If you have reached our website from an advertisement on the provider's domain, the success of the advertisement can be tracked with the help of cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, pings or HTTP requests).
For this purpose, certain end-device and browser information, including your IP address, may be read out via the tracking technology to record and evaluate user actions predefined by us (e.g., completed transactions, leads, search queries on the website, views of product pages). This enables the creation of statistics on user behavior on our website after redirection from an advertisement, which serves to optimize our offering.

11) Site functionalities

11.1 Google Maps

This website uses an online map service from the following provider: Google Maps (API) by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (country) maps to visually represent geographical information. By using this service, our location is displayed to you and potential directions are made easier.
When you access the sub-pages that embed the Google Maps map, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers and stored there. This may also involve a transfer to the servers of Google LLC in the USA. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether a user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish the association with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for non-logged-in users) as usage profiles and evaluates them.
The collection, storage and evaluation are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interest in displaying personalized advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of Google websites. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and to exercise this right, you must contact Google. If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google within the framework of using Google Maps, it is also possible to completely deactivate the Google Maps web service by switching off the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and thus also the map display on this website can then no longer be used.
Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the processing of your data as described above. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please follow the objection option described above.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
Further information on Google's privacy policy can be found here: https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/

11.2 - Google reCAPTCHA

On this website, we use the CAPTCHA service from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
Data may also be transferred to: Google LLC, USA.
For the visual design of the Captcha window, the provider uses "Google Fonts", i.e., fonts loaded from the internet by Google. No further information beyond that already transmitted to Google via the ReCaptcha functionality is processed here.
The service checks whether an input is made by a natural person or abusively by machine and automated processing, and blocks spam, DDoS attacks, and similar automated malicious access. To ensure that an action is performed by a human and not by an automated bot, the provider collects the IP address of the end device used, identification data of the browser and operating system type used, as well as the date and duration of the visit, and transmits these to the provider's servers for evaluation. Cookies, which are small text files stored in the browser of the end device, may be used for this purpose.
If the processing described above is based on cookies, these will only be set if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

If there are statutory retention periods for data that are processed within the scope of legal or quasi-legal obligations based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, these data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided they are no longer necessary for the fulfillment or initiation of a contract and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in further storage.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this declaration about specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
